1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Square needles on: August 02, 2010 12:43:29 PM
Does anyone have any experience with the square needles by Kollage? My heart says, "Decreased stress and strain! Oh happy day!" but my head says, "Snake oil...".
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Making earrings and book suggestions on: July 25, 2010 07:21:56 PM
Years ago I tried my hand at making earrings ('cause ya make what ya like to wear). I was clumsy! They were ugly! I loved it!  Grin  I want to get back into it, but with more research before I buy stuff I don't need. Does anyone who's really satisfied with what they've made have any books that they recommend?
3  COOKING / Dessert / Help with raspberry and white chocolate sauces on: June 23, 2009 05:29:14 PM
I'm blessed with a boyfriend who likes cake, so I'm going to show off with a baked chocolate cheesecake. Trouble is, the taste of that much chocolate without something to offset it might kill him. Normally I use raspberry sauce as a garnish but a) he doesn't much like that, and b) mine isn't very good. I was thinking of trying something with white chocolate for him and getting a better raspberry recipe for me. Do anyone have a tried-and-true recipe, or a better suggestion?
