1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Burlesque Teardrop Hat on: June 22, 2010 03:08:36 PM
Last week I ordered some buckram fabric so I could start making my own hats. This is my very first one. ^_^ I am very happy with it. I used the buckram, some old shirt fabric, feathers, hot glue, wire, and some hair clips. Let me know what you guys think!!! ^_^

2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Using Internet Search Images in Jewlery on: June 22, 2010 11:29:49 AM
What should I know before I start printing and using images in my jewelry? I am mainly looking at vintage French postcards and Rococo era images. Is it even legal for me to do that?
3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Feather Hair Fascinators on: June 11, 2010 09:50:36 AM
So, this is my first post. I have been wanting to post for a long time now but never had the courage. Sad
These are some burlesque like feather hair fascinators that I made yesterday. The largest is 12", the medium sized one is 8.5", and the smallest is 4".
Each has a barrette or clip attached so you can wear them in your hair! ^_^
I used ostrich feathers for the large and medium, and regular craft feathers for everything else. I also added little trinkets to bling it up. ^_^ I made the flower on the smaller one especially for this. ^_^
Let me know what you guys think!
