1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Darwin Evolution of Man Acrylic Necklace on: July 24, 2010 08:19:09 PM
Love it!  Cheesy

For the BBT one, it would be funny if you also used a screen cap of Wallowitz from the episode where he wears an ape mask for the Planet of the Apes marathon at the NuArt. Sheldon is always making comments about engineers being of inferior intelligence ("Hello, Oompa Loompas of science!").
2  QUILTING / Quilting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Hand Quilting on: February 23, 2010 10:08:27 PM
Thank you so much for posting all those links! I've been wanting to try my hand at quilting (Partly because I've just started reading the Elm Creek Quilts mystery novels, LOL) but I hate the idea of spending all that money on a sewing machine.
3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Puncture my eardrums on: February 23, 2010 08:23:32 PM
That reminds me of a film class I had in college.  The professor sounded like the Wicked Witch of the West (movie version, not the play) gargling water.
4  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Alexander the Great Moon on: February 18, 2010 11:02:04 PM
Awesome!  I recognized the Melies reference immediately.
5  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: Warm Paneer, Courgette & Pepper salad. on: February 16, 2010 06:59:25 PM
Looks awesome!

You can also make your own paneer at home very easily.  And all paneer is rennet free (the only two ingredients are whole milk and an acid like lime juice), so it's a good choice whether store bought or home made.
6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Hubby's Valentine's Day gift (kinda pic heavy) on: February 16, 2010 01:24:13 PM
I love it! The ratlet is adorable.
7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Anniversary scrapbook by a crafting noob! [First Post.] [IMG Heavy] on: January 24, 2010 07:58:07 PM
Too.  Much.  Cuteness.  Cheesy  The 'Goofballs' page is my fave.  Good work!
8  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Furry Monster balls on: January 02, 2010 05:31:12 PM
Aw, those are adorable.  Maybe you could try re-purposing thrifted stuffed animals to get different textures and colors?  I know lots of people do that when they can't find fur fabric.  It's also usually cheaper, so long as you're not buying the stuffed animals brand new.

And I think it's funny your daughter was eating a sandwich in a picture of a craft you got from someone whose username is loveandasandwich Wink
9  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Discussion and Questions / Re: Automatic Ami Pattern Maker.. on: December 31, 2009 07:37:13 PM
Very awesome!  Cheesy  Thank you for this.
10  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Daria doll on: December 13, 2009 03:31:59 AM
OMG!  It's 3:30am and I had to resist the urge to start squealing when I saw the thumbnail  Grin   She looks awesome!  That was my fave show in middle school/high school.  She's still my idol Cheesy

I believe Daria is finally going to be released on DVD in the summer of 2010.  Apparently some MTV shows on DVD have been announcing this since July.
