3  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Anthropologie Cardigan? on: February 15, 2010 04:20:28 PM
I know there was an Anthropologie-inspired caplet pattern floating around, so I figured this would be a good place to ask... Does anyone have a pattern for the Pudding Pie Cardigan?

Just throwing it out there to see. Thanks, if anyone DOES by some absolutely insane chance have it, and cares to share.

7  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / I have no idea how to knit. on: October 28, 2009 02:32:49 PM
Hello, everyone! I cannot knit to save my life! I don't know how to do anything, and I don't really know where to start. I do have some of my grandma's kntting needles - size ten, and double ended sizes 3 and 5, as well as a size 8 circular needle. Does anyone have any really good beginner patterns? Maybe your first pattern?

The yarn was definitely too big.. I made this last night just to have something to do, and all I had was good old acrylic.  Tongue

I don't think I really know what you mean by blocked.  Undecided

I used https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=325069.0 <--- this to make this:

BUT I don't think it turned out quite right. Either way, this is how it looks on me... (I'll apologize for the crapiness of the picture now.)

Not sure what went wrong, I think it was the stitching together. But even so, I made it! And thank you for the pattern nimblefingers. Smiley
