I am not sure I can say enough about this quilt, it is gorgeous and so thoughtfully done!  Must have taken you so much time.  Love the mosaic stained glass quality to it!!

I did a personal swap with the super awesome sheepBlue. Here's my epic haul:

First up is the coolest wall quilt ever:

I could seriously look at it for hours. There are some hidden images/symbols in there that represent my favorite things. How cool is that? sheep is seriously awesome.

In this section you can see the Deathly Hallows symbol, a planet (Saturn?), "boom," a lion head, and scissors:

LOVE the hidden heart and you can catch a peek of Gryffindor in the corner:

sheep also sent me this gorgeous embroidered lotus necklace:

A close up of her stitches:

I think I'll wear this for all the upcoming holiday festivities. Smiley

In addition, I received this wonderfully cozy cowl, that I've pretty much worn every day since receiving:

And BEER MITTS! haha...I was secretly hoping for these...I got two, one for me and one for Mr. Road.

Though kiddo might claim one for himself (for soda of course):

She also sent some extras. We frequently chat books, so she sent me one of her faves, some crocheted rocks, a "failed" prayer flag for me to play around with, and cute little mushroom earrings.

Thank you so much for everything, Emma! I absolutely love it all - you are truly a crafty wonder and an awesome inspiration. I thoroughly enjoyed swapping with you and the opportunity to text/chat with you whenever I want (which I'll probably still do). Smiley Until next time!

Wow, seriously you got some of the coolest things.  Love that pendant, so very unique and I love the burned wooden spoon!!

Here's my haul from the epic Abbeeroad!

The main feature: two gorgeous rust dyed scarves. I am in love. The textures she created, the patterning, sooo swoon-worthy!

Then she went and did an awesome little weaving on a piece of rusty metal. I love it so much!!

Her hubs got in the game too and crafted two seriously bad-ass silverware rings for me. I wish I had a blacksmith in my house! I told Abby her timing couldn't be more perfect, because I was seriously eyeballing some silverware jewelry last week at a local shop and decided to pass - it must have been fate!

There was also this super cool mixed media pendant that really reminds me of Abby's prayer flags, except tiny and wearable. I love all the different elements and textures! She totally nailed my style

There were also these fun extras - a rusty dyed cloth mushroom that has joined all my other oddities on what is coming my "oddity" shelf  Cheesy A beautiful wood-burned spoon with a really intense design that is gorgeous, and hilariously a flamingo rubber ducky from her trip out to Vegas.

Lastly, she also made these super cool sewn scrappy cards - I love them!! I'm trying to figure out how she managed to sew all the tiny bits on (Abby I think a tutorial is needed!)

Thank you so much Abby for being an awesome friend and crafty companion! I am having so much fun chatting with you and look forward to our next swap!  Grin

I recieved another lovely package today. This time from thanate. Again so very thoughtful and generous. I love my gorgeous hand drawn envelope. The poseable mermaid is so cool. Check it all out.  I also love the journal made of scraps, so well done! The prayer flags are sweet!  Bonus tea boxes, not shown, I love the images I get to reuse from them.  Thank you!

love love love the silly jokes

0/0/0 I'm back after a bit of a break, yay!!!

I claim rockingbearranch for her hand cut stamp theme.

My ATC themes: (FYI NO glitter-unless completely sealed, confetti or chaff like from notebook paper)
Positive, peaceful, meditative, or faith (typically Christian or Buddhist) based quotes
Water related theme (fountains, rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, ocean)
Other beautiful natural places (national parks or other recognizable bucket list kind of places)
Baby ABCs (my niece is expecting, not gender specific at this time)  None yet claimed.
Labyrinths, textured path preferably but simply visual is alright too
Mandalas, bonus for a quote worked in 
Stones and their mystical, spiritual meanings two possibilities are aquamarine and healerite, I can provide others.
Your interpretation of popular Christian songs, i.e.  artists such as Hillsong United, Toby Mac, Mathew West,
Casting Crowns, Laura Daigle.any that strike your fancy and have meaning to you.
Silly, corny jokes, i.e. kid jokes, knock knock jokes, riddles with pictorial representation
Campgrounds within 4 hour drive of St. Louis, MO, with name and local, could include representation of a neat
feature of the campground (I know its odd)
Swings (porch swings, playground swings, tire/tree swings, rope swings over water, carnival swing ride)
Vintage Campers
Birds, pretty, cute, realistic or just your cutesy idea of a bird
