Mmmmm nothing better than yummy bread pudding. Man, eggy things make everything better. Kay I'll stop drooling... Anyways, I've been using this recipe for years and it's never failed me.

2 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
raisins, if that's your thing
lots of bread

Grease a 9x15 in pan and arrange bread into one or two layers. Butter the bread or throw in raisins at this point, but you don't have to. Boil the milk, sugar, and cinnamon together, then turn off the heat. Temper in the eggs and add the vanilla. Pour milk mixture over the bread and let sit for about five minutes while the oven preheats to 325F. Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes or until just set. Nummy!

This recipe was kind of sticky right after mixing all the ingredients in, but I kneaded it into some flour and that seemed to un-stickify it just enough. Cutting it was a poop though because I always end up flattening the roll out. But the second rising fixed that one too.

Cinnamon rolls for everyone!

Thanks guys! This one seems to stick together in nice big chunks pretty well, even after spending all day in my backpack =]. I stirred it once after it came out of the oven, after it had a little chance to solidify.

I made granola tonight to go in some trailmix! Yay! It's a super simple recipe too. Boil 1/4 cup each of brown sugar, honey, and vegetable oil, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Pour it on 4 cups of oats and mix to coat everything in yummy goodness. Pour everything into a shallow baking pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, stirring every five minutes or so. Stir after it's out of the oven too so that you don't get one chunk of granola the size of your pan.

I'm posting this while I wait for it to cool, and it's proving to be a very hard wait. Darn you deliciousness of cinnamon and sugar, darn you!
