I'm so sorry it took me so long to post these pictures! Work has been hell this week, and to top it off I had to go to the dentist today and have 2 extractions, so I've been in bed all day. Sad
But, without further adieu, here is my AWESOME swap package from Bobomom!!
She seriously made my day on Monday! I'm going to start with the extras to build you up to the AMAZING large!!
I got awesome stickers!

I think I'm going to decoupage them onto a wood box!

Some awesome magnets! They're already all over my fridge. Smiley

And now, my favorite part!! My favorite Muppet (one of them, can we ever really choose just one?!) is Rizzo the rat! I said in my survey that I would love a Rizzo plush. And OMG did Bobomom deliver!!

His name is embroidered on the back of his jacket!

And he's fully pose able!

And this is one happy swapper, attempting to make the same expression that Rizzo is. LOL

Thank you SOOOO MUCH Bobomom! I absolutely LOVE everything!

Here's my package from NotKnit!

I got some super cute Doctor Who coasters!
Sorry it's blurry. My camera and I aren't getting along today apparently.

And my extras, some Doctor Who fabric, Tardis colored fabric and some Tardis blue yarn!

And my very favorite! A necklace with Tom Baker and K9!
Again, sorry it's a little blurry, but the flash and everything doesn't like resin apparently.

Thanks again NotKnit!

Oh, how did I forget?! He also came with a snack for the trip here. Of course, it's fish fingers and custard!

Thank you again so much MeganCrafts! I hope you're just as happy with everything I made you! Smiley

I received from MeganCrafts today and it has given me HUGE swap anxiety! We both wanted The Doctor, but we wanted different ones. LOL! So, here is my 11th Doctor, Matt Smith. She included a scarf because I live in Montana and she knows it gets cold here. haha!

AHH!!! Elbow patches!!

And without his scarf. I just love him so much!

AND, she sent an AMAZING extra. I got a hand carved Doctor Who stamp! I plan on stamping EVERYTHING with this! It's absolutely beautiful and perfect. I'm just amazed at anyone that can make stamps, they look so complicated!!

MeganCrafts, thank you SOOOO much! I truly love everything! Now I'm super nervous. LOL!

I received today from JillHogan AND Calluna! Double dose of swap awesomeness!

First up, calluna!

I got some AWESOME yarn! I'm not sure yet just what I'm going to make with it, but I'm excited! The first one is Wicked Witch of the East yarn. Smiley

And this is Munchkinland yarn! It's so fun and colorful!

And this might be my favorite. They're the witch's feet curling up. And, me, thinking I'm way funnier than I actually am, stuck it under my TARDIS. Smiley

Thanks so much calluna!!

And now from JillHogan! MORE awesomeness!
First, I thought this was really funny. Great minds think alike! Haha! I got the same card from calluna and JillHogan! LOL!

And now, the piece de' resistance. JillHogan and I had the same idea, that we made something that might be too big for a headband or hairclip, so we sent the item and then the hairclip along as well, and told each other to make whatever we wanted. lol! I think I'm going to turn this into a brooch, it's beautiful!!

And look at all the extras I got too! A hot air balloon stamp, a lollipop, poppy stickers AND Muppet stickers!!

One of the first messages I sent to Jillhogan was that I noticed all the Muppet stuff on her wist, and how much I LOOOOOVE the Muppets too! Thank you SOOOO much for everything JillHogan!!

Thank you ladies! This has been a totally fun swap!!

6  Alexz in Wonderland-one of the most personal things I've ever made. in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by amydice on: June 20, 2011 05:52:50 PM
A little over a year ago, I met a fellow Craftster. What started as a personal swap, has turned into a best friend.

I'm sure most of you know her, but it's SpookyPooky. Well, she recently had a birthday! I made a few things for her birthday, but just little things, and I knew that it just wasn't enough. I needed something EPIC! So, after a brilliant thought, I went to work and I just couldn't stop!
This is also rare because I can NEVER keep a secret from her! lol! When I make her something, I immediately have to tell her because I get so excited. However, this was so much more than that. This was something that was so much more personal. It had to be personal, because we always send each other incredibly personal packages. We just know each other too well. Smiley

SpookyPooky also designed my logo, and at the same time she re-designed her logo. I know that Alice in Wonderland is the biggest thing for her. So I just knew that I had to create a mini-SpookyPooky. Smiley

So, I'll stop talking and get to the pictures!!

And the picture that started it all...

C&C welcome!!

7  Zombie + Penguin = Zompenguin? in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by amydice on: June 14, 2011 06:04:49 AM
So, a little over a year ago, I met my BFF right here on Craftster, the AMAZING SpookyPooky. Her birthday is this week and I was trying to think of different things to make her. Nothing was really catching my eye (and I was pretty sure that she already has everything yeti related) so I came up with an idea-she could go to Etsy, pick out any pattern she wanted, and I would buy the pattern and make it for her!
So, after she looked for a few days, she came back and told me she wanted this pattern: http://www.etsy.com/listing/73491251/koko-the-signature-penguin-plushie
It was odd to me, and if any of you know Spookypooky, you should know as well, that's not quite her style. And of course, there was a catch, ZOMBIFY IT!!!

I got so excited, and this is what I came up with! I can't wait to send him off, but I must admit, I've really grown attached. lol
He's got stitches, a head wound and he's dragging around a bone, probably of a zombie fish. Smiley

C&C welcome!

Get your wisting fingers ready for my AMAZING swap package from sarabunny!

First, I opened up my package to THIS. Seriously, this might be my favorite thing in the world. It's a jewelry box and has hooks to hang up my necklaces!!

And then I opened it up to even more awesomeness!
Adipose earrings and weeping angel earrings!

And I plan on making my outfit coordinate to this necklace tomorrow. It's a bow tie!

And, an action shot because you know, bow ties are cool. Smiley

Did you notice my Dalek in the background? haha! That was my Valentine's day present from the hubby. haha
Sarabunny, thank you SOOOOOO much! I absolutely love everything! You spoiled me, but I'm not complaining! I love every bit of it!
