I think its awesome! My dad is a welder and hes always making all sorts of metal "conversation peices" as he likes to call them. It remind me of that.
I would put it in my garden no problem..plus it needs no watering Wink

5  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: MONKEY STRAWS!!! on: April 26, 2010 06:37:24 PM
First off 195 bucks for a straw  Shocked I would feel terrible spending that much on something that wasnt of any use an wasnt any type of jewlrey or etc. Makes no sence to me. Plus I would feel silly buying it for someone even IF it was something they REALLY wanted.

Second..those straws are cool! I have monkeys and a bunch of those cool straws I just may have to make some of those for my kids or with my girlscout troop.

I did some mp soap during the holidays like you said by putting the contents of a tea bag in the soap but I tried one that was in a tea bag but was apple cider mix type stuff and dumped the whole thing in the soap and it made 3 bars and it smelled amazing!
Nothing I would want to use all the time but it made good gifts around the holidays and nice to use because it did smell like apple cider.
