Hi everyone   Smiley

I'm a huge Game of thrones fan and when I got into stitching portraits a while ago I had to stitch my favourite GOT guy, although his brother is a very close second!  I spent a long time looking for some fabric suitable to mount him onto and came across this Reds and Gold which I thought was perfect.  I hope you like him, thanks for looking  Smiley

Hi everyone

I have been away from Crafster for a while but missed it here and decided to jump back in  Smiley  I have been mostly working on lots of embroidery for the past year and thought I'd share some of the things I have been working on.  I really enjoyed working on these hoops and spent ages looking for the perfect material to mount the embroidery onto.  As soon as I spotted the Rose fabric I knew I'd found a winner and I'm super happy with the result.  The cards I made for someone who requested it to be framed as is, without the Roses.

I did these hoops for the previous hoopla round

The fabric was a nightmare to draw the design onto

I mainly used satin stitch, with some backstitches and brick which was a new stitch for me, I had to re-do it a few times till I got the hang of it

I made this bag for my friends daughers 3rd birthday, She's a huge fan of Peppa pig!  I embroidered peppa then crayon tinted the fabric to fill in the colours then stitched the panel to the front to make a pocket

I did these last year as part of a swap package for Invite your partner swap, I was partnered with my lovely friend pinkmichk and her being my fellow twilight buddy I had to do something based on that.  I haddnt painted since my school days but I really enjoyed working on these and Im really happy with how they turned out.  I was just sorting through some photos and came accross these so thought Id share them.  Thanks for looking  Smiley

Just finished this up for a friends birthday, my first time embroidering and I really enjoyed the making.  I was going to satin? stitch the dress but as I have never done the stitch before on a bigger area, I didnt want to mess it up so I did a crayon tint instead which again I have never tried before.  Completed the bag with some charms of fairys and toadstools  Smiley thanks for looking
