My dgd has quite the green thumb. She grew an eleven foot sunflower this year. That was the inspiration for this quilt

As soon as I start working..LOL....I know it won't be perfect so I don't stress over it. I do my best and that's that.

Cute! Cheesy I like its little hat.

Do you have to mail in the Project Linus items or can you drop them off somewhere (assuming you're in a big city)?
I have to mail them to another state! The place I used to send them closed her branch and the next closest place wouldn't give me an address. I kept sending messages until I found a branch that would give me their mailing address. I don't care where the items go as long as they make some child happy.

Another for Project Linus

26  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / TMNT Lovey for Project Linus on: August 23, 2014 11:15:26 AM
I used WolfDreamer's Michaelangelo for the head and arms. The blanket part is C2C stitches. I would have loved to put more detail but since it will likely go to a toddler, I was afraid to.It is 18in. square

Check out Ravelry.com. There are tons of patterns and tutorials. I hope you find the advice you need there. Also Crochetville has a lot of helpful crocheters. Good luck
