4  Crazy cute clapochet (6 Pics) in Crochet: Completed Projects by RevRee on: August 06, 2009 08:26:48 AM
I have been wanting to make this clapochet for a long time, I was totally intimidated at first then I could not find the right yarn. So I bought some Universal Yarn Poems for a purse, started the purse hated it and let it sit in the closet then I thought I could use for this pattern. 5 1/2 skiens later I was done! Great pattern, looks complicated but really isn't.

5  Went a little crazy! (very pic intense) in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by RevRee on: June 11, 2009 06:26:46 PM
Okay so, I have been crocheting purses for too long and I was getting really bored. Since I feel I have mastered the back and forth thing, I went for Amigurumi. I tried it once a couple of months ago and failed miserably. So I tried again...

My daughter and her new Rainbow Kitty

Close up of face

Then I tried an octopus, her name is Mimi, she is the skipper for my truck Lol.

Then I went crazy (and I think this is the last one I make) with the tiny turtle, too tiny for my hands. But he turned out cute and my five year old loved him!

Then a zombiebot for my 8 year old son

Then a Bopbot for me!

I crocheted with wire and yarn for the band that goes between the headphones, so that it held it's shape.

Comments and Critique welcome, same with questions! Thanks for looking!

6  Re: light n lively tank in Crochetalongs by RevRee on: April 18, 2009 01:45:08 PM
Okay I got my Boulder Holders done! I'm just using peaches in cream until I figure out the bodice, and then I will make a nicer one in better yarn.

7  Flapper hat in Crochet: Completed Projects by RevRee on: April 18, 2009 08:51:19 AM
I made this flapper hat from this great pattern found here : http://www.rheatheylia.com/index.php?page=patterns&id=10

I was making it for myself, but my daughter looks cuter in it than I do..... LOL

I used Merino Wool, I'm not crazy about the ribbon I think I need something else.
