2  Re: Pretty White Poncho in Crochet: Completed Projects by JodyBoBodie on: January 17, 2005 09:05:00 PM
I use a safety pin with a long red thread to mark the end of the round and then just stitch right into the next st as if it were still the same row.  Just keep going around this way as if one big long row and move your marker up each time you come to it.  Does this help, make sense??
Here is a picture of the same poncho done in Lionbrand Homespun Baroque. '

I scored the yarn in the Christmas Clearance section at Walmart, it is Caron Simply Soft Christmas White with gold foil woven in.

8  Pretty Ruffled Scarf (nice and thick)!!!!!!!! in Crochet: Completed Projects by JodyBoBodie on: December 16, 2004 07:08:40 PM
Ok, my first post as a Completed Project.  Someone posted a link to a pretty ruffled scarf in the "Discuss Future Projects" Section and this is my creation that I came up with based on the picture.  I am pretty proud of myself as I have never attempted anything without a pattern to go by before.

So what do you think?Huh
