1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Where the Wild Things Are-Swap on: October 03, 2009 02:07:20 PM
Did someone already suggest this? I've searched and didn't see anything and I must say that I'm surprised that there hasn't been anyone who has suggested this. Hmm....maybe I missed something.

 I'm still in the midst of my first swap so I wouldn't be able to organize it. I wouldn't mind passing the torch off to someone else to organize this.

Come on folks let's do it.
2  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / No avatar in forum posts? Why is this? on: September 10, 2009 09:39:15 AM
Does anyone know how to load an avatar for a gal who seems faceless in the forums? I go to my profile where it would let me upload a picture for my avatar, I upload a picture, it never says if it has successfully uploaded or that there are any problems with it, and then when I check my posts in the forums I don't see my avatar.  Huh

<===== As you can see.

Why is this?
3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Beatles Swap! on: September 09, 2009 06:39:33 PM
I've never done a swap before, however I have a lot of themes in mind this one being the beatles. I know it's Beatles day today and it's well deserved. I think it should be a holiday and I know I'm not the only one who thinks that. I also know that there are a lot of crafty Beatles fans. So...what do you say?
4  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 42 ENTRIES / Dollar Store Journal on: September 03, 2009 08:37:38 PM
This is my first craftster challenge. I wasn't sure what I was going to do at first, however I was inspired at the last minute when I hit the book aisle. Enjoy!

The supplies I used.  Colored construction paper, graphing paper, and a book. It came out to about $5.

I gutted the $3 book and used some of the pages for the decor.

The decorating process.

Voila! A journal! After all the binding and other tedious work it turned out great.
