1  Good suppliers? in Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions by shutuppitslana on: September 17, 2012 05:48:40 PM
Hello, I'm not sure exactly if we can ask these things due to self promoting or anything, but I've looked in my Joanns AND Micheals and could not find these fold over bits. Does anyone know of a good supplier?

Here are the findings i mean:

Thank you Smiley

So it was my friends birthday recently, and being the broke college student i am i tried to make some jewelry with her favorite foods. I did an alright job Smiley Im still a clay newb.

The bracelet. Wish i had better pictures of the charms individually, i didn't even think about it.

There are a few donuts, a cookie, a chocolate bar, and some nice chocolatey beads, among other miscellaneous charms.

Some other donut charms

Watermelon Smiley

Sushi Bracelet with fortune cookie

and a little espresso cake, i couldn't texture the cake well, any suggestions?

CC is VERY welcome. Im still new to the clay and i would really like to know more! Smiley

My partner and i have both recieved Smiley im wayyyy to impatient though, so i will post some pics, and hope she got better ones since my cam is at least 3495832 years old. anyway

I recieved from mrs. superman:

some hand dyed fabric

quite a soft bag Smiley
and also some incense Smiley

and i sent in return:

candle holders made from a branch i found. i may have made some for myself a well... Wink My bf was awful cute and wanted to help and made the one with the things woodburned since i would have burned anything possible to hurt myself

some hemp jewelry, i didnt get a pic of the bracelet. But i made a little lobster since my partner is from maine Smiley my first venture into clay, i think he came out quite cute Smiley

And this is my first sewn thing pretty much ever, and i was soooooooooo worried it would come out bad, but it didnt thank god!!!! Its a diaper bag for her soon to arrive baby. Smiley

i made a cute little zipper pull that can be removed and worn as a necklace as well SmileySmiley
i didnt get pictures of the goats milk soap, the inside of the bag, or the adjustable hat that i knit, so hopefully those will show up soon.

sorry for the long post! Smiley
