1  Some of my crafty wedding projects in Weddings and Bridal Showers by ldbugster on: May 15, 2010 04:44:49 PM
Fans. I added purple ribbon to the handle and a tag to each fan.
I bought circle stickers on-line and designed the little logo. It worked way better than I expected. My circle paper punch was AMAZING!

A small picture of my dad and grandmother on my bouquet...so they could walk down the isle with me.

I started collecting milk glass vases as soon as we were engaged. They lined the isle in memory of my grandmother.

We set up a photo booth with props for our guest to snap pictures. We will be sending them a copy with their thank you.

Guest Book pages. I designed a coustom page including questions and a spot for our guests to attach their photo booth picture.

I bought these great lily pads from jenAitchison on Etsy. They were used as escort cards.

After tons of searching, I found enough vintage napkins for all our guests. I wanted to make napkin rings with vintage buttons...but that didn't work out. Instead I made green buttons to match our lily pad theme.

My AMAZING mom made the card box. Pictures on all sides and it ROTATES. Smiley

As tradition in our family, we spent hours making mints...but they are sooo yummy and totally worth all the work!

I bought this cake topper on ebay from tomandhollyinpa. My husband is a professional fisherman and his friends always give him a hard time about getting married and not having enought time to fish. The cake was supposed to say "one fisherman and the catch of his life"

We wanted a cake to represent us...so what's better than a kissing fish cake? Nothing.
I found the lily on Etsy - stjudescreations.

Other craftiness - but no pictures  Sad
- programs
- cute little favor bags with mini flower pots, seeds, and personalized direction cards
- Welcome bags
- Photo scavenger hunts for the kiddies...this was a huge hit...highly suggest it!

2  Moustache Anyone in Dessert by ldbugster on: February 12, 2010 01:44:35 PM
I got my moustache mold in the mail this week and couldn't wait to try it!
I made four dark chocolate staches and I didn't know what to do with them when I finished...so I made a moustache bouquet.

3  Pumpkin Patch in Dessert by ldbugster on: October 17, 2009 07:08:56 AM
I make these pumpkin cupcakes every fall for the staff at my school, family, and get-togethers. They are always a hit...and super yummy! The recipe comes from "Hello, Cupcake."

Not a lot of crafting...but I think they are creative. Smiley
My fiance is a bass fisherman...and we took the picture while we were out on the boat.

5  Rock Band Guitar Cake in Dessert by ldbugster on: August 13, 2009 03:37:35 PM
Long time craftster stalker...first time poster.   Smiley

This was my first attempt at a "fun" cake and my first time using fondant. I was really happy with how the cake turned out and it tasted great. (Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.)

Everything was edible except the whammy bar.

It was a going away suprise for two of my co-workers who LOVE to play Rock Band.
