I've really been enjoying making jewelry lately. It's so fun and easy, and instantly gratifying.






These red ones came together when I realized that I didn't have anything pink or red to wear last Valentine's Day.

I love the juxtaposition of the wire cage and the green bead! And I'm always amazed by knitting on such a small scale. Awesome!

For Christmas in 2010, I wanted to do a little something for the ladies I work with, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. So I made them all earrings!





I made these sequined ones for my sister. They turned out much better than I though they would!

Then I started playing around with buttons.



I kept the blue ones for myself, but I've never actually worn them. I can't decide if I like them or not.
I made these in Auburn colors for my mother-in-law. I worried they might be a little too young or tacky, but she wears them on football days.

I also made all the little cards that the earrings are on. Overall, they were inexpensive and fun-to-make gifts.
