1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Tulle... why did I buy you? on: March 12, 2005 12:38:52 PM
Okay, I have 3 metres of black tulle (it's gorgeous X) ) but I don't know what to do with it... I don't really want to make a skirt, and I need like, half a metre for this one thing I'm doing...but that leaves 2 and a half metres! And, I couldn't NOT buy it, for 1.77 per metre!

Help? =P All suggestions welcome and appreciated, thanks!

8  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / New Year's resolutions anyone? on: December 22, 2004 06:14:11 PM
Well for one, I do!  Grin Mine is to finish ALL of my sewing projects lying randomly around. I'm getting a sewing machiene soon, so I'll be able to do that (I'm NOT handsewing and hemming a skirt if you know what I mean)! I have one more : finish atleast two costumes for anime conventions. Goodness knows I'll never finish them if I don't have it as a resolution! (so much sewing!)  Wink
I'd like to hear any other resolutions if anyone in interested! (please have it craft related)  Smiley
9  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Stitch And BOTCH / Have you ever had those stupid crafty moments? -_- on: November 27, 2004 07:17:27 PM
*sweatdrop* Okay lets just say I was bored. VERY bored. Well, I decided to make a stencil (this was today) for a christmas card. Well, being the idiot I am, thought "Hey! It'd be fun to try and use nail polish! It'll be easy  Cool" So, I got to painting it with the nail polish. After, I removed the stencil, and looked at my ruined creation. With a sigh, I discarded it.

This happened two hours ago. I can still smell the nail polish, and I can no longer walk in a straight line, or properly. My hands can't hold onto things either. And to add onto that, I feel like I'm going to throw up, and faint at the same time.

Anybody else had a "genius"  Roll Eyes idea?
