1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Copper Wire-wrap rings on: April 06, 2009 09:11:59 AM
I was recently gifted some heavy gauge copper wire, and thought I'd try some of those wire-wrap rings I see everywhere.  I could use a bit more practice, but I'm pretty happy with the results! They were quite easy to make.

2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / My first attempts at resin on: February 25, 2009 10:47:01 PM
Here's my first attempt at resin jewelry.  I used EastCast casting epoxy.  I tried to embed some coffee beans in some of them, but they kept floating to the edges.

I used the plain components and decoupaged some images onto them. I love how they came out.  The crow was just printed from an image online.  The angel is actually from the back of an old playing card that I cut up.  I used Mod Podge to decoupage the images.  I love that stuff, it does everything!

I'm now officially a resin addict.
