1  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Dead Tapir (Mixed Media) on: November 18, 2007 01:44:21 PM
I do not know if I put this on here before, if I did, oh well, because, it is awesome, lol.  I did this for 2-D last year in November, which we had to enter in December 2006, for a competition.  It has been in two Museums, and a city hall.  So, it has been to 3 different cities.  It has not been in my hand for a year.  I won't be getting it back till the middle of December 2007.  Anyway, it is a dead Tapir, enjoy.

2  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Help ain't got a oven blues on: August 01, 2007 07:52:15 AM
Only our Stove Top works, you know just the eyes, and I am tired kind of pasta I have been making, but I was wondering what else I could make on a stove Top that does not require the oven.  Thanks.
3  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Any Veggie Porkchops Recipes? on: February 25, 2007 07:44:32 AM
I am not going to lie, when I gave up meat, I missed only two things that was Fish, which I know is not considered meat, but in my book it does, lol,  which yesterday has been filled because I found a Mock Tuna Recipe, tried it last night, it taste so good, just makes me happy, lol, but the other was Porkchops, that was the last meat I ate before I gave up meat, and that is almost going on to Three years ago, and it is sad to say that I still remember the last meat I ate, which was Bar-B-Q Pork Chops at that, so I was wondering anyone know any Mock/Meatless/Veggie/Whatever you want to call it, long as it is not meat Porkchop Recipes?
4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Punch Tree Tote on: January 30, 2007 05:59:04 PM
The tote was already made, I just designed on it.  It is called Punch Tree Tote.  It says Don't pick, if you can't take a PUNCH!  It is a branch with Punches (You know fighting with).   With the saying above in a punching bag.  A cute way to say if you talk the talk, then you should back it up, you can't, then don't talk the talk, lol.
5  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / From the Past to Present Revamped Doll on: January 07, 2007 09:36:11 PM
After seeing Revamp dolls on here, I always wanted to try it myself.  So, I bought a Porcelin, however you spell it doll, from the Dollar Store.  It was like $5.50.  I end up having problems with it because I am impatient.  But, I love it for it to be my first revamped doll.  I changed the hair size by cutting it, painting the hair black, changing the skin color, lips, and eyeballs, and did the outfit.

Before Pic, she was dressed in the past, please ignore the mess

The second is a close up of the new revamped her.

The third is a whole picture of the revamped her.
6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Make Someone Favorite Neopet Plushie. on: January 06, 2007 04:23:29 PM

7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / What Book Are You Reading? on: January 06, 2007 10:31:55 AM
I do not know about you, but I have made book purses before, just two, always wanted to make more, but I just can't tear no book, so what did I do, I made my own book using plastic canvas and Scotch tape. I used paint on the outside and felt in the inside.  I plan to make a better one once I don't run out of the Scotch tape like I did this one, because I like how I have done the alternative book.  So, this was kind of done bit of sloppy, but I wanted to be able to enter my first challenge, and everything was going good till I ran out of Tape.  You can click the pic to make it bigger.

The first picture is front of the book purse, It says Not Your Average Thug by Leehom Wang.  Sometimes, he sings Chinese Hip Hop and R&B.  But, he grew up in America.  So, he knows his English. (It is not a book, but a song, if you have not heard it, you should listen to it, the song is really good and he sings it just right)

The second picture is the spine of the book purse

The third picture is the review of the book (which is actually some words from the song).  It says No Rolex on my Wrist, or Platinum on my chest, cause I don't need that sh to impress, But y' all don't get it twisted, I got love for the ghetto, Tho I'm not your Average Thug

The fourth picture is the sides of the book purse, it is suppose to look like pages.

The fifth picture is the inside of the book purse.

The sixth picture is another front view of the book purse.

I hope all of you like my alternative way to have a book purse.

8  CLOTHING / Clothing Sewalongs / Sewalongs Socks on: December 30, 2006 01:29:26 PM
I do not know if there is such a thing, does not matter, I want something quick to sew up very easy, and why not Socks, we could make them personal and everything.
9  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / How would you like to roll, lol on: December 28, 2006 09:09:44 PM
I've been  making these and having so much fun with them.  I mean once people found out what they were, it was more aww, that is so cute.  I would love to sell these.  But, I do not know.  I mean they are so quick to make.  And I use the Whiplash (I think that is what it is called) stitch, lol. I use that because that way the stitch can be made on purpose and go with the design.

The last two pictures is when I was thinking of tissue and thought that be neat to get money out that way when I had first thought about doing this, but the others are my udpated verson to get money out quicker.

*Some are mine and others I made for others.
