Way Cool! I love the idea!

I bet if you mounted it to some Illustration board or a lightweight board (like really thin MDF), it would hang really well. You really just need to make sure the center has some support.

Or you could make, like, five or six more, and put them together in book form! Then you'd have your own "I Spy"!
18  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Problem with Deep-Flex Molds? on: April 19, 2009 10:54:54 PM
Hey, all. I've been working with resin for a while now, and decided I was bored of the "standard" molds. So I got adventurous and ordered some from deep-flex (yaley.com). They arrived in about three days (yay!), but I must admit, I am highly disappointed. Instead of lying flat, they either bulge in the center, or the corners are flared upward. All four have air bubbles in the actual mold parts, which leaves a mark on my pieces. I was very happy with the Deep-Flex products I purchased at Hobby Lobby, which is what prompted me to order from their website in the first place. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks in advance!
