1  CLOTHING / Costumes: Completed Projects / Re: 1860s Ballgown on: January 16, 2013 05:38:23 PM
I'm so impressed! This dress makes me a little ashamed of my "unfinished projects" bin. Maybe it's time to get back in there.
2  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Reversible Cinderella Doll on: April 25, 2012 05:24:42 AM
Thanks everyone! I appreciate the feedback.

Jatoha, I based it off of a pattern I found in the Wee Wonderfuls book. http://www.weewonderfuls.com/

I'm glad you love her as much as I do. I almost don't want to give her away.
3  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Large Amigurumi Teddy Bear from scratch! on: April 24, 2012 05:44:48 PM
It's so cute! I really like the moveable arms and legs.
4  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Reversible Cinderella Doll on: April 24, 2012 05:32:58 PM
So I've been a craftster member for years, I just haven't worked up the courage to post any of my work. I was really excited about this one though, because it is the first doll I've every made. My cousin is having a baby girl soon and I know she won't be able to play with it right away, I wanted to give her something handmade.

Here is the maid Cinderella.

And here is the dressed up Cinderella.

Here you can see her little necklace.

And the best part is that she's reversible. Two dolls in one!

C&C are definitely welcome. Sorry for the bad picture quality, I took them on my phone.

Holy ruffles batman! This dress is gorgeous! I still can't believe you did them all by hand. I'm so impressed.
6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: French knot sheep on: April 24, 2012 05:20:15 PM
I love your sheep! I was recently given some home spun alpaca wool and I've been debating what I can make with it as a thank you for the person who spun it for me. Do you mind if I borrow your idea and make them a little alpaca hoop?
7  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Three cats and a laser pointer on: April 24, 2012 05:15:43 PM
I had a giggle fit when I saw this. So creative and so simple.
8  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: turtle and water droplet hoopla on: April 24, 2012 05:13:41 PM
These are great. I really love the wave ruffle.
9  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: my first embroidery attempts. on: April 24, 2012 05:12:22 PM
These are beautiful! I've been embroidering for years and I can't say I've made anything this nice. You should be super proud.
10  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Tea for two on: April 24, 2012 05:09:56 PM
This is so cute. My mom's teapot looks sad and unfortunate (and full of cracks that she keeps on super gluing). I might have to try this out to incite her to get rid of that old one.
