11  FIBER ARTS / Spinning: Completed Projects / Re: Fiber Friday - June 26 2009 on: June 26, 2009 04:16:42 PM
Great show this week! Everything is so lovely in their own ways!! I live for Fiber friday, I look at it at work with the other tailors that got me addicted to fiber in the first place.

Franknstein from Dragon Fiber 50% Merino 50% Tencel 200 Yards

I'm getting my first loom in a week! Woot!

13  FIBER ARTS / Weaving: Completed Projects / Re: Pin woven pocket (with pseudo-tutorial) on: June 01, 2009 05:09:16 PM
Love it!! I was part of a sheep to shall team last year and that night I started weaving and spinning. They got my addicted. I want to learn more about that type of selective weaving. Great job.
14  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Dragon dress: Garden Part 3 PLUS TUTE! Finally. on: June 01, 2009 12:21:23 AM
I love this dress too.  I've been attempting to make it.  I need to get a lining fabric because I'm using an old white bed sheet with little yellow flowers and it's a bit see through!  Oh and instead of darts, I used a piece of elastic for the top. If I finish this successfully, it'll be the first dress I've made!

did you ever finish it?
15  FIBER ARTS / Spinning: Discussion and Questions / Anyone going to Black Sheep Gathering 09? on: May 31, 2009 09:39:33 PM
I was thinking it might be cool if anyone will be showing up any of the days of Black Sheep to have a little Craftster Spin in....or in this case spin out.

16  Calls for Swap Angels / Swap Angel Archive / Re: Twilight Angel Needed on: May 31, 2009 08:58:20 PM
I'd be more then willing to angel this swap. I really need to fix my swap feedback from 2007 when we were having serious health issues in our family and I couldn't get to a computer to communicate what was going on. I've always thought it would be cool to send a swap package over seas! I have some pretty good silk screening skills as well. Wink

You are completely my hero. I'm so in love that you made the Katamari actually have stuff stuck to it. Big thumbs up. This rocks.

I know it's been said.....but I LOVE that you took the time to crochet his package. It just wouldn't be right without it.
20  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: NSFW: Passive Aggressive tea towel on: May 22, 2009 07:32:01 PM
I may have to do something like this for the seattle weavers guild sale. A lot of these bitchy ladies make a TON of tea towels and they are so booooring! They look the other way at bright warp and weft and they'd flip if I had those for sale next to their perfect yellow and blue hankies.
