31  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: porn-by-numbers...just so very proud! on: June 19, 2005 08:47:10 AM

That is all.
32  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / My friend is moving to Germany... on: June 17, 2005 03:32:00 PM
My friend is going to Germany for next year and I wanted to make her a kind of "survival kit" type thing to take with her.  Except I'm stuck for things to put in it.  I was gonna make her stationery, envelopes, etc. and somehow buy her some German stamps (online I guess...) and make her a mix CD.  I also have a photo album with pictures of things she'll miss about home (like a picture of our school, a picture of our favorite restaurant, etc.)  But I'm stuck for ideas.  Anyone?
33  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Re: A Cufflet? More added, and as requested - how I took the pics... on: June 02, 2005 10:17:56 AM
Those are incredible... did you use a tutorial to make the cuffs?  I have got to learn how to make these !!  Grin

My thoughts exactly.  Is there a tutorial for these or did you do them on your own?
34  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Photo Albums on: May 22, 2005 03:23:31 PM
I'm making some graduation presents, and I found a bunch of photo albums at my 1-hour photo store for about $2 each.  Only problem is they're ugly, so I wanted to decorate them somehow.  I was thinking about putting the graduate's name on them or "Class of '05" or something.  Any suggestions of what to do/how to do it?
35  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / GRADUATION GIFTS - ASAP on: May 19, 2005 03:32:38 PM
So I have about 6 or 7 friends who are graduating this year.  We aren't THAT close, but I do consider them my friends and I would like to get them something to remember me buy and also to help them in college.  A few suggestions I've had are buying them Dr. Seuss' Oh, the Places You'll Go, making simple jewelry, or buying flowers.  Problem is, the last chance I will have to see them is next Friday at "Class Day" where we celebrate their graduation, so I'm short on time.  I'm also short on cash.  Any suggestions?
36  KNITTING / Knitalongs / Re: "Ribbed for her pleasure" scarf on: December 04, 2004 02:41:21 PM
I'm in. (My first one!)

I'm looking for patterns for cool scarves because I'm making my Christmas gifts and I have less than two weeks before Christmas break.  Not that I'm complaining about Christmas break.  I love not being at school.  Stop talking.

Okay I'll try to post when I'm done.
37  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Steve Buscemi Bleach Stencil on: November 22, 2004 01:16:46 PM
Now I'm thinking I'd like to make a few for Christmas gifts...  Manny Ramirez and Curt Schilling maybe?  But if bleach causes holes in the shirts really easily, should I still give them as gifts?  And also, any tips on making my stencils?
38  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Red Sox Crafts? on: November 21, 2004 02:35:38 PM
Hey, I'm new.

I'm planning on making all of my Christmas gifts this year, and I have the majority of them planned out.  But I have two friends that I don't know what to make, and I think I want to make them something involving the Red Sox since they're wicked obsessed.  Any ideas?
