1  My First Handmade Halloween Costume in Halloween Costumes by jmommy08 on: November 03, 2009 06:44:54 PM
This is my very first post on Craftster, although I have been a lurker for quite awhile.  I am entering my one year old daughter's costume because I am SO proud of it.  It is nothing original - it's Minnie Mouse - but I made the skirt, tail, ears (and corresponding bow), and shoes.  I almost didn't enter this, but I thought why not; it's the first time I made a costume, so I figured I could share with everyone.

Because this was my daughter's first Halloween - okay, not technically, but three weeks old warranted nothing more than a pumpkin onesie last year - I had professional pictures taken.  I hope that they are okay to use.

I can't post pictures yet, so you'll have to follow the link below to my gallery.  Hope they make you smile.
