1  Neon Mod meets Asian Global in Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions by Dead_Angel on: May 13, 2007 05:53:46 PM
The name says it all.
(I have a lack of digital camera right now so I found some objects that are similar in color/texture to what I'm trying to mix together)
So I have this comforter that my mom bought me and was horribly crushed when I didn't LOVE it as much as she did...It's stripped with neon colors: Apple green, Hot pink, Turquoise Blue and Neon orange. It's cute don't get me wrong but now I have to decorate my room around it somehow. Just a basic idea:
(Hah, yes I know its a sweater but please bare with me)

Unfortunately, my decor style is quite...opposite. I have a sort of...asian zen style with a little vintage chic thrown in.
Exhibit A:
Exhibit B:

Ehh, any tips how I am suppose to mix these together without going crazy? Words, pictures and examples are greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead!

2  How do I make these? in Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions by Dead_Angel on: May 07, 2007 01:49:08 PM
I have very low income but would really love to  make something [like] this, possibly using mostly household materials. Any suggestions where to even start?
A Chandelier (just an example not a model)

A frame (again, just an example not model)

Any tips?

3  Taxi-Cab Hat in Clothing: Discussion and Questions by Dead_Angel on: January 05, 2005 10:46:02 PM
OK my bro just gave me this hat:

I want to do something different with it. My first thought was like decoupage newspaper print on the top or sides or something. But I don't know if that would even work. Or how it would turn out...sooo...if anyone has any OTHER ideas OR suggestions/comments about my idea that would be GR8!! Smiley thx so much!

Yay I JUST found my cam cord so I can FINALLY show off my bracelet (and soon a necklace)
anyway here are the pix!  Grin

hope you like 'em! Their pretty self-explanitory..
But just take key rings and connect them together to fit around your wrist, neck, ankle and put on charms or rings!  Cheesy
