I know this is an old post but a absolutely love making these wonderful.  I love making these.  I also found out that if they are made from red heart yarn they are great for the pool. They don't retain the water and fly well wet.  Thanks for sharing this pattern... I "rocked" this post...

7  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Felt Badge Swap? on: March 28, 2012 06:42:38 AM
I would be interested.  Do we have to embroider?  I am not real good at it, I can only do a few basic stiches.  I can embellish with other things though.  I have made a few of these for my 'fridge already.  I could not send out until early June, though.  Keep me posted.

too cute.  I saw a simular pattern at red heart.  I have just begun learning to crochet so this was beyond me right now but I have made one in my round knifty knitter and working on another for my our newest addition due in June.  I love it!  I can't wait to see my little one in this.  Thanks for sharing.  You did a wonderful job!  I will have to check out your blog!

Thank you for sharing your story and your art.  What a gift you have to be able to share your feeling through your art.

I do love this piece and would love to use this technique in my house.  What type of thread did you use?  Is it just regular thread???

Thanks and "this rocks"
