I think I have this book, too - some tough patterns in there!  Great job on the bunny, he's super adorable!

Ooh I'm going to have to do something like this for my next National Park trip - awesome!  I just love the badge in the book, too, very cool.

Very nice looking!

I'm jealous!  I have not learned to do swirls yet... I'm still a novice melt & pourer.

These sound incredibly aromatic!

I like the stamps, too, did you make the stamps or buy them like that?

Thanks!  It does smell nice - the scent is a bit subtle (I think because I used dry tea leaves), but when I get the soap wet the scent comes out more.

It just occurred to me today that you can make soap with tea!  It's really wonderful because the tea leaves provide the coloring, fragrance, and exfoliant.

As a novice soap maker who is excited about the possibilities, and as a tea lover, this was too fun!

So I started with some chai tea I had lying around the house - I don't like to drink chai tea but I like the scent so it was perfect.  I just used a couple of plastic molds and an avocado & cucumber soap base and it came out pretty nice -

I can't wait to try out some other kinds of tea!  And maybe a coffee/sugar one too...
