Parksbird Patterns has an easy bloomers pattern.  You have to buy the set of patterns, but I found it to be worth the money.

These dipes look great!  I use BG 2.0's and think snaps would have been the way to go if I had to do it all over again!

Very cute!  Maybe make the bottom lapels a little smaller....this might help make it more feminine too.  Great job!!

That is so cute!  I love the design.  I'm just starting to get serious about making my girls clothing, so I don't know many good pattern sources.  Could you tell me what YCMT is?  I've never heard of it, but I would love to try that out for my girls!

YCMT (www.youcanmakethis.com)  They have some cool patterns.  Happy sewing! :-)
9  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Stripwork toddler top on: February 14, 2009 04:08:40 PM
I made this top for my daughter from a pattern on YCMT for a stripwork jumper.  I made it shorter to use as a top.  The fabric is from Wal-Mart!  I loved the color combinations.   Any comments would be appreciated.

10  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Peasant Top and Cuffed pants-YCMT patterns on: February 12, 2009 06:54:58 AM
This is a top and pants that I made for my 13 month old daughter from patterns I purchased on youcanmakethis.com  (Portrait Peasant Top and Easy Fit Pants).  I LOVE these patterns.  Very easy and versatile.  There are lots of options for making them different lengths, styles, etc.  The fabric I used was given to my by my cousin...lightweight denim for the pants and cotton print for the top and cuffs.
