2  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Introduce Yourself / Toronto! on: January 26, 2009 02:53:56 PM
Hi Everyone!

I'm a bit late. -_- I kind of didn't notice this board. Although it would have been mighty helpful! Anyways, I am a 16 year old student from Toronto, and a long time lurker. I really enjoy art, although I am kind of obsessive about perfection and I have a somewhat mathematical mind, so 'dashes' and 'pinches' are really not my thing. I have always been interested in baking, and I am looking into polymer clay. I have also recently adopted crochet, especially amigurumi! I hope I have something to post soon!

3  CANADA / Ontario / where to find polymer clay in toronto? on: January 26, 2009 07:50:23 AM
what kind is the best? everyone's figurines and pendants look gorgeous, but some use fimo, others sculpey, and some wont tell.
whats the best/cheapest out there?
i live in scarborough, if that helps.
i know that everything is cheap, and i should probably buy a block of each kind, but im on an EXTREMELY tight budget, and i dont want to buy a block only to throw it out later when i don't like it. any help is appreciated! : )
