I love that! Is there a particular tutorial you used, or did you just come up with it yourself? I'm hoping to make one as a Christmas present.
2  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Stargate Pendant! on: September 18, 2009 10:51:46 AM
!!!! Omg! The whole reason I am visiting Craftster today is that I want to make my bf a Stargate Xmas ornament, and I'm not very experienced with polymer clay and wanted to get ideas of how to go about it.

I love this!
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Cardigan - Lucy in the Sky on: September 09, 2009 01:40:57 PM
It took me four and a half months, but I didn't work on it steadily - I worked on some other projects as well.

I really like the argyle look of the pattern as well. It's all knits and purls so it's easy, but looks really nice!

I hope you're right! I chose this pattern because it looks so classic and versatile - I suspect I'll be wearing it frequently.

Thanks everyone! I'm relieved that it is finally done Smiley

This pattern is from cosmicpluto knits and the yarn is Lamb's Pride Worsted. It went pretty well and I'm happy with it overall. Some of the finishing was a pain and didn't come out looking as good as I would like (you have to look pretty close to see it) but I will probably be wearing this a lot!

There are more pics and information on Ravelry (I am threegoodrats) and on my blog.

Those are lovely! I'm working on a pair myself, but made one and then stopped. I plan to finish but just haven't worked myself up to it. You make them appear effortless!
9  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Lucy In The Sky Cardigan on: August 29, 2009 06:49:54 PM
I know this thread is really old, but I have the same question about which decreases to discontinue. Does anyone know? I've searched all over Ravelry and haven't found anything about this. Apparently, it is obvious to most people Smiley
