1  Black and white inchie frame - completing the trifecta! in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by nilmerg on: November 05, 2013 03:38:57 AM

It's done, I'm finished! Here is my 3rd and final inchie project. This is a black and white inchie frame containing 391 inchies. I made significantly more of the inchies in this frame than my blue and purple frames and I also received a lot from swappers on another forum as well as some from the excellent craftsters here. Unfortunately I don't have a list of the contributors, but I'm thrilled to say that Phizzychic contributed a few of these inchies (love her work!). Thank you to all those who contributed but since this frame has been so long in the making (partly due to huge life changes and partly due to my 3 year old managing to sneak away and peal half the inchies out of the frame at one point!) I don't have the list any more, but again thank you Smiley

And for those who missed them, here are the blue and the purple frames - I still have them and I still love them Smiley

Details of swap:
Welcome to the ongoing inchie swap 4. This round has a little bit of a twist. You can request inchies, rinchies or Twinchies! For anyone who is not sure what and inchie, rinchie or twinchie is or how to go about making one, here is a great post on the papercraft forums by phizzychick (who makes amazing inchies!) https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=303188.0

You will need to make a list of at least 8 themes for people to choose from. I will put up my list first and will wrap up the swap by making the last claim. Once you claim you will need to craft and send within 2 weeks of the claim date. You can request 8 inchies, 8 rinchies, 4 twinchies or a combination (ie 2 inchies, 2 rinchies and 2 twinchies OR 4 inchies and 4 rinchies etc)

Everyone is encouraged to join. If you can contain your art to a square of 1 inch, you can make an inchie (or a 1 circle for a rinchie or a 2 square for a twinchie!)! With that said, please make your inchies/rinchies and twinchies with love and care. Whether you paint, print, stamp, color, draw, ink or embellish, spend a bit of time and energy making the inchies you send to the best of your ability. Everyone you claim should receive inchies you are proud to have made and would love to receive.

- Friends of craftster will be allowed 5 outstanding claims.
- People who have completed one swap or more may have 3 outstanding claims
- New swappers may claim once, and 3 times once the first claim has been received (once you have received a message from the organiser allowing this).

Once these claims have been received, you may claim again. You can make as many (or as few) claims as you want throughout the duration of the swap as long as you never go over your allowed amount of outstanding claims. (An outstanding claim is a set of inchies that has not been received; when that set is received your number of outstanding claims goes down leaving you open to claim again.)

Making a claim:
When you make a claim please use the following layout in the swap forum:

Send by 20th October 2012
Nilmerg to anothercraftster for seasons

(Claims made /sent/that have been received)

I've been a bit inchie crazy in June! I realised last night just how many I've actually made.....over 200! Here are some photos:

Up first are the sets I made for This craftster OIS3:

There are 105 here and I also made a set for Yoopiou that are still in transit and not pictured here.

Next are the inchies (and rinchies) that I made for another swap forum:

There are 82 here.

AND if that wasn't enough, I made this set of note cards with inchie embelishments for an extra in the SSS29.

There are another 23 here!

So in total, pictured here are the 210 inchies I made in June!

I'm also planning to put together my B&W inchies frame later today to see how many more I need! Thanks to all who contributed.

I have 2 new sets to share:

First up from JillHogan, Mr Men (in black and white)

Mr Bump has always been a favourite of mine Wink

And from MunLtStmpr - zentangels

Thank you Smiley

I think Quasior and Seeuudee are going to host our inbetweenie swap - From the PM discussions, it sounds like a fun round.

Also, arrising from the inbetweenie discussions we have been having, I have decided that OIS4 will be a bit different. You will have the choice of asking for 8 inchies, 8 rinchies or 4 twinchies Or a mix. More details in August when I launch the swap Smiley

I recieved some amazing inchies from Yoopidou today.....

The first theme was non-paper and WOW they are just amazing. I could never have imagined making these never mind actually managing it. I scanned them, but this photo doesn't do them justice, they are amazingly 3D:

From top left: Girl on a tree swing, birds on a wire, sheep, music
Bottom row from left: Butterfly escaping cage, Moving beads, celtic heart knot and felted cow

And if that was not enough, I also recieved a second set from Yoopidou. This time on the theme 'little houses'. She amazingly took me on a world tour of traditional houses and again they are just wonderful. Thank you.

And I recieved 12 of these - BONUS  Wink

Thank you so much Yoopidou, your inchies are simply amazing.
