Sorry to double post, but I have another great claim to show off!

Kartiana claimed me for TM patches!  She says it's my fault that she's obsessed with making patches so you all can thank me that we have such an amazing TM patch maker in our midst.

She made three fabulous patches for me and I love each and every one.

Thank you so much Kartiana!

Lo{ve} claimed me for a wallet, and she made the most amazing wallet I've ever owned!

I wanted something with a 70's feel to it and I couldn't be happier with the fabric she chose:

I have had so many compliments on my wallet; at the post office, bank, grocery store... everyone wants it!

Thank you so much Lo{ve}!

I received a package from rockmygypsysoul that's just full of WOW!

First, she claimed me for tiny house stamps.  She sent me a whole little tiny neighborhood!

The biggest of the stamps are about the size of a quarter!

She claimed me for painted spools too.  I thought I would get two spools (after all; she did claim for spools).  Nope; she painted 5!!! spools for me.  I love each and every one of these so much.  I wish I could show you each spool all the way around and on top but that would have been a whole lot of photos because they are all beautifully painted all the way around.

Aren't they wonderful?

And as if that wasn't enough, she sent me the most fabulous piece of vintage floral fabric.  It is very sturdy and huge!  I love this fabric so so much and will have to find the perfect use for it.

Thank you so very much gypsy!  I love each and every thing you sent.

24  Re: Round 2 More TM Inspired Patches Swap Gallery in The Swap Gallery by gamemom42 on: August 22, 2013 04:10:06 PM
I received from both of my lovely partners.  I'm in TM patch heaven over here.

First, from jkaywiz:

A fairy tale mushroom patch!  Fairy tales and mushrooms were two of my themes and this fits both.  I love it!

She also made me a groundhog patch!  I put groundhogs on my theme list never dreaming anyone would actually make a groundhog patch for me. I also had alphabet listed as a theme and she even worked that in!

(I'm not sure how I managed to post a mirror image of that patch but you get the idea)

And the kit, chock full of fun things:

Next up are the lovely things I got from sharalee.

She made me this beautiful black and white patch with a detachable flower pin!  This fit my "flower" theme perfectly.

And as unbelievable as it seems, sharalee also made me a groundhog patch!!!  I'm so happy to have not one, but two groundhog patches!

And of course another fun kit to make more patches!

Thank you so much ladies!  I love everything!

I'm so happy that you like the things I made for you.  The ribbon dancers are indeed on clear plastic shower rings.  I used really good glue and glued them where they snap and every single piece of ribbon (170?) is sewn on with clear fishing line so that they can take lots of music and movement without you having to keep re-looping them.

I'll be honest, I didn't think the sponge blocks would work for building.  I loved the idea but I just didn't think they would be functional unless they were cut perfectly.  Well, I played with them with my 26 year old daughter for quite a while and they work great!  I've already made my own set.

Here is one of the ribbon dancers:

Here they are, the pics of my fantastic goodies from Averia and Rlynn!

First up, the patch from Averia.  When she sent Runt his new dog bed (which he still thinks is a new toy to be carried all over the house) she said she was making me a "tiny" extra.  She said that tiny extra was taking longer than planned and that she send it later.  Well, no wonder it took longer than expected.  Look at this amazing TM patch and all those teeny stitches!

I am slightly obsessed with fairy tales so I've been wanting to collect fairy tale themed patches (along with any other patches I can get my hands on).  I'm not exactly sure what my fairy tale patches will be used for but you can bet my Once Upon A Time patch will be the centerpiece.

Next up is the package from rlynn.  She originally claimed me for catnip pillows and a patchy scarf.  Well, I had intended to take that scarf off my Pinterest forever and rlynn was so nice and agreed to switch the scarf claim for something I really wanted... more patches!

First, the catnip pillows:

I went downstairs to get action shots but there's no point because the cats are lying on the pillows, presumably hiding them from one another.  These two old cats are like an old married couple; they hate each other but can't leave each other alone.  Anyway, they are enjoying their new pillows already.

Then we have the patches.  The fabrics are absolutely perfect for me and rlynn has that wonky Teesha Moore style down to a science (I am still working on that).  I love both of thes.  I'm pretty sure the mushroom patch will be part of a journal cover someday and the flower will be showcased in my first TM bag!

Thank you so much ladies!

Here's a quick pic of the blue and white crocheted squares ladybugsandbumblebees made for me.  It's the best I can do for now because they are for a surprise blanket for my daughter.

They are all wonderful!  Different shapes, shades, and patterns and just perfect for the blanket I have in mind.

Thanks so much, I love them all!

I received this too too cute crocheted monkey from Breegy!  She said she had trouble prying it out of her daughter's hands to send it and I can easily see why.  I just love her!

Can you see the sweet little red bow on her tail?  I adore that feature!

Thanks so much Breegy!

Oh wow, sweet package  Tongue.  I especially love that TM patch kit!

I received my package from glasskicker today and oh boy did she spoil me!   I won't post each of these, but she had each of the initial packages wrapped up in colorful fabric (a whole fat quarter on each one) with an initial button and a monogrammed matchbook notepad:

Like this one for letter L:

My initials are TLG

T is for Two Zip Hipster from dog under my desk designs.  I wanted this in black and that's exactly what I got!  Glasskicker added blingy rhinestone zippers .  This will be my new bag for treasure hunting in antique malls and flea markets.  She not only made the bag for me but she also sent me the pattern so I can try to make more on my own!

Inside were tons of great patches including one TM patch that she made in one of my all time favorite themes... bees!

L is for Letter Wax Seal Pendants.  These blow my mind.  They are heavy and seem as if they are made of silver.  She said they are made of PMCS fine silver clay, which I assume is a type of polyclay?  I wore the bee out to dinner tonight and got several compliments on it.  It is gorgeous and so is the small T.  She even sent me the wax seal!

G is for Glassy Goodies.  Okay; as great as she is at anything she tries, this is where Tracy's expertise lies so you know amazing things are coming.  This bee-utiful dish is simply perfect.  It looks like something you would admire in an art gallery and wish you could take home.... and it's in my bedroom!!!!  She also made an oh so pretty pendant with the same motif.

I wish with all my heart that my photography skills (and my camera) would allow me to show you just how gorgeous this dish and pendant are.  They are breathtaking.  I love realistic looking bee motifs and these pieces are exactly right for me.

I love each and every thing and feel so lucky to have you as my Spell My Name partner Tracy.  Thank you so much!

30  Re: One Item Swap Gallery in The Swap Gallery by gamemom42 on: July 23, 2013 09:01:04 PM
I received my "one item" from Homerof2!  If I remember what her note said properly, she counted all of this as "one item" because it's all made from one medium; fabric.  Whatever her reasoning, I am so happy with my things!

First up, my first mug rug!  I wanted one in a 70's theme for my craft room and I now have one that is just perfect!

She also made me not one, not two, not three... four super cute snack bags.  She even went to the trouble to go out and find PUL for the insides!  I love these and will use them every single day!

I love every one of the snack bags, but if I had to choose a favorite it would be the pickles.

Thank you so much Cindy.  I love everything so much!
