1  Re: Chunky Houses Halloween Edition 6 GALLERY in The Swap Gallery by PinkPug,INK. on: November 12, 2015 05:28:20 AM
Here is my last house, from Spookygrrrly. I think it's made from a wood sheet? Love the vintage/collage feel of it!

*photo of back posted tmw because for some reason my phone keeps only posting the front when trying to upload the other photo*

This was an awesome swap! I love the start of my little chunky neighborhood!

All the houses in the gallery look so awesome! I got two in the mail yesterday, which was a lovely way to end three awful days of moving.

First up, I got this lovely pumpkin house from sunnydawn. I'm not sure what the pumpkins are made of but they're so cute! I like how it's covered in cobwebs. Cheesy
Love the charms on the back also & more cobwebs!

Next, this super creative skull house from irid3sc3nt. I would have never thought to shape it like that! Love the spiderweb texture. She mentioned that the fence was perfect for "grills" & I agree.  Grin

The back has some great washi tape and glow in the dark "spider stars", ha.  Cheesy

Thank you both!

3  First Portrait in 10 years! in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by PinkPug,INK. on: May 22, 2011 12:48:56 PM
I haven't posted anything on here in ages! I haven't been crafting too much though, besides some cards and a half finished December Daily..until this! My brother asked me to draw him & I agreed because it's one of my "26 Before 27" goals. (See my blog for details: http://pinkpugink.blogspot.com/2011/04/26-before-27.html )

I definitely want to start drawing more!
I'd love to hear what you think!

4  My Lil' Love Pug Mixed Media Book (20 pictures!) in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by PinkPug,INK. on: June 01, 2010 07:20:08 AM
I'm putting this project here because some of the pages were cut out from cardboard, but if the mods feel it belongs in the scrapbook layouts, feel free to move it! Smiley

To make the album, I simply cut the cardboard & overlays to the size I wanted. I added paper & sanded the edges, then added photos & embellishments. Two binder rings hold it together.

Journaling says: "Cinnamon is my lil' love pug because he was born, just for me, on February 14, 2009. He's the best gift I've ever received!"

Journaling says: "Anytime I feel sad, I just look at my lil' monster & I feel better. I wake up with a smile, cause he's licking my face. He makes me laugh when he eats things like grass or dust. I love falling asleep, with him snoring beside me. <3"

Journaling says: "I love how I can always tell what he's thinking because of the look on his wrinkly face."

Here's what I used to make it: Colorbok photo mats, paper & labels; Collage Press cardstock; Making Memories ribbon & button; Hambly overlays; My Mind's Eye paper; Martha Stewart punches; Fiskars punches; & the rest is from the dollar sections of Joann's & Target.

This was my first time making a mixed media book, & there's several things I would have done differently but I think it came out alright for a first try. Questions, comments are welcome. Smiley

Lots more great inchies since I've been here last! I especially like Sinjah's & Knickertwist's last sets. Smiley Also, I'm glad you all liked the ones I sent! I had so much fun making them & will definitely be making more in the future!

I received from Mfupi the other day but just found my camera so here's the pictures.

My favorite is the one with the fishy. Thanks mfupi!

I haven't checked this in a couple of days & missed like 6 pages of inchies! I quickly scanned through them & they're all so great! There was a treasure map (by IdlersDesign, I believe) one that jumped out at me- great idea!

I received from taraston & professionalpineapple.

My favorites are the shrinkydink & the underwater ones! Thanks Taraston!

My favorites are the ones with the sheet music material. Thanks Professionalpineapple!

7  Re: Altering Paper Crafts Supply Swap Gallery in The Swap Gallery by PinkPug,INK. on: February 15, 2010 04:56:16 PM
I was away for the weekend & just got back a few hours ago & got my mail from my landlord & my goodies from frogangel were waiting for me! There was so much stuff I needed to take lots of pictures to show it all. I got lots of paper, chipboard cutouts, & stickers.:

And some cards, notepads & buttons, charms, etc:

These are my favorites:

I love the Barbie stickers!! When I was 7 my whole room was filled with Barbie stuff- curtains, bedsheets, lamp, backpack, lunchbox- you name it, it had Barbie on it. & of course I had a ton of Barbies too! Here's a closeup of the teeny tiny charms:

Frogangel also sent a box (folded) but unfortunately it broke during transit. I think it'll still be fine if I tape it up though. Smiley

Thanks for everything frogangel!

I've received from three of my partners so far. Here are the pictures!

First, these are from AlwaysInspired:

I think my favorite is the one with the embossed flower. Thanks AlwaysInspired! Smiley

These are from Teffy:

My favorite is the Superman one, cause I'm a big fan. Smiley Thanks Teffy!

These are from EternallyEve, in their super awesome card that she (I think) designed:

I couldn't get a good picture of the magnet she sent but I love it! My favorite is the one with black swirls & a tiny pink heart. Smiley Thanks EternallyEve!
