this is a really neat book!  i just started my own fabric book, though I'm using it more as a journal then anything.  But it is most definitly a good way to get the creative juices flowing!

Ohnoes!!  sounds like you're having a rough go of it!!   well at least most of it will be eaten (even if the cat got some!)  and there is always try again once you find lard/shortening!  And there you go, something new again.. who knew margerine wouldn't work either... well, not me anyway..   And here I am wanting to go to school to be a chef, and most specificaly pastry/baker...... I guess thats what school is for though right? LOL  I hope your day gets better!
