1  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / atheist/religious parody items on: November 15, 2010 10:25:53 AM
I realize not everyone will dig this idea, but I think it would be really creative and funny to craft atheist and parody items. Me, I'd like to make a cookie cutter in the shape of the scarlet A logo so I can makes me some atheist cookies.

I've been wanting to make this for about 4 years now, and finally wanted to start crafting again...

I got the idea from a project I saw online.
3  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / Colbert tzotzkes on: February 14, 2009 02:19:27 PM
I am a big Colbert fan and have seen lots of crafts honoring him here. Let's have a challenge based on him...and send the studio the pictures! I bet they'd show them on the air.
4  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / frosting cupcakes on: February 14, 2009 02:13:27 PM
Every time I try to frost cupcakes, the icing comes out very sloppy, even though I try, Darwin love me. Anyone out there know how to make it more professional?
5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Gluing on beads and glitter on: December 19, 2008 07:08:53 PM
I made a bunch of cards with (small) beads and glitter, mostly using Mod Podge, put the beads and glitter kept coming off. What can I do next time, or should I just stick with other materials?
6  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Party Planning / My funeral birthday on: December 17, 2008 04:15:17 PM
I once saw an episode of Murphy Brown when Murphy threw a funeral-themed party for Miles when he turned 30. I thought that was so clever. Now I've just turned 30, so I imitated the idea. Eulogies, tombstones, all that stuff.

9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / free bra patterns? on: January 11, 2007 10:38:08 AM
Hello! I am interested in making my own bras. Does anyone know where I can get a free pattern on the internet, or instructions based on a bra I already wear?  I don't want to spend money on a pattern unless I have to Smiley Thanks!
10  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / aluminum condom box on: January 06, 2007 01:51:39 PM
I've had this box lying around forever-- it's too nice to throw away, but I can't think of what to do with it. It is aluminum (I think), doesn't have any closure, and I don't really have any small storage stuff to use it for. Also, "Pleasure Plus" is in relief on the box, so I can't really use it to box gifts. Any thoughts?
