Great job.  I love the lavender.  They look super shiny.  Where did you get the special sandpaper?  I just had my first virgin breaking experience with resin myself.  That was interesting.  I have been holding onto a 4 leaf clover I found and put that in.  Turned out very well.

I have the resin that you only use a few drops of catalyst...Anyone have experience with that kind?  It took forever to set and seemed tacky for a long time.  Any advice?Huh??

549  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: I made me some sushi!! on: August 23, 2008 07:38:41 PM
Those look picture perfect.  Almost to pretty to eat, wait it's sushi!  Did I mention that I love it!

Every so often we have sushi nights with a few friends.  We have tried many traditional and not so traditional fillers.  You can get so creative!  Believe it or not you can put pan seared SPAM cut into strips as a filling!  This what alot of Hawaiians do - they have a form of sushi call misubi.  In the midwest you can go to a gas station and get a pop and a hot dog.  In Hawaii, you get a drink and a misubi.  They are actually really good.  Ignore the idea of it being Spam.  TIP - After cooking the Spam, dip in soy sauce or any other similar sauce.  MMMMMM yummy for my tummy.

Does anyone know of any places on the west/east side border?  Looking more for Seven Hills, Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Parma, Middleburg Heights area.

Something other than the usual Joann.

I saw a the ultimate material for a purse/diaper bag I wanted to make and did not buy it right away.  BIG MISTAKE!  I have been to all 3 Joann's in the area several times each and they are not re-stocking it.  So I am on the hunt for something new.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
