1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / New York dress on: August 13, 2009 07:16:07 AM
I fell in love with this dress, but the fit wasn't quite right.

I'm not sure you could call this a reconstruction, all I know is that it fits perfectly now.

Comments are much appreciated  Smiley

3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Another Mr. Dangly on: August 02, 2009 11:09:35 AM
Hi there,

After seeing the adorable Mr. Dangly on this forum (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=40974.0) I just knew I had to make one too. My best friend's birthday is next week, which was a great opportunity to knit my own Mr. Dangly.

Comments are much appreciated.

6  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / T-shirt frenzy on: October 23, 2008 09:21:31 AM
So many birthdays and occasions in one month...

This one is for my 17 y.o. cousin. She loves pink:

This one is for my sister:

Next one for my 13 y.o. cousin. This is one of my favorites:

Last two are for my bf's birthday next week. I really hope he likes them. I want to make him a third one, but I couldn't find anything I like yet.
This first one didn't come out well:

This one is my personal favorite (thank you tyney123):

All t-shirts are modeled by me Smiley

Thanks for looking.
7  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Discussion and Questions / Joker stencil on: September 14, 2008 10:52:29 PM
I've seen this stencil a while back and can't find it, hope you guys can help me with this one.
It's a stencil of the eyes and mouth only. With really sharp clean edges, wich didn't really look like Heath Ledger pics, so maybe it was based on a drawing (but not the ones from the comics since it looked like the make up in the last movie).
This shirt is going to be a birthday present for my bf and I just know he will love it.
I know it's a bit hard to understand what I'm looking for because of the vague explanation. I hope somebody can find the stencil.
8  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / My brand new elf's hat *pattern added* on: August 31, 2008 08:53:03 AM
Usually when I begin a knitting projects it takes me forever to finish. This hat was so much fun to knit that I just couldn't stop knitting.
This one is going to be so comfy in the winter.

I was asked for the pattern by a few of you. I have to say that I never even read a knitting pattern in English so translating one was twice as hard. I hope that the pattern would be understandable although I probably made a million mistakes.
Let me know how I can improve it (mistakes I made, terms I invented etc.) and I will correct the pattern.

Cast on 78 stiches (I think this size is for kids, I casted on 104 stiches so it would fit).

Alternate until you have 9 cm. Knit garter stich until you have a total of 14 cm  (9cm alt and 5cm garter).

K2tog knit 11, repeat until the end of the row.

Enjoy Smiley
