1  Re: Once You Pop Winter Fun Gallery in The Swap Gallery by PearlyWhirly on: December 20, 2010 11:21:13 AM
well although i was on call for work till this evening. i have been sent home as i have an upper respiratory infection (the most painful thing i have ever had =[) so i get to upload my pictures early.

i recieved an amazing package =]
a lovely stripey decorated can, an awesome purple glass stone necklace. some cute felted items : a flower brooch, a heart magnet, and a heart keyring.
a seasonal pin cushion, and some very cute star magnets, two of the magnets came off but i shall stick them back on.
and some bath caviar and some awesome freezeable strawberry bath jelly. - however this leaked a bit in the post but it doesnt matter because now everything smells of strawberry's =]

2  Re: International Snack Swap 2 Gallery! in ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED by PearlyWhirly on: November 25, 2010 12:15:34 PM
Bubble tea in the center, made some last night for my husband he says thank you too!!
There's a lot of smaller candy that I didn't want to overload everyone with photos with- fizzy candy, toffees, you name it! Oh and gummy pigs!!

glad you liked it =] =] i was going to write the bubble tea instructions out nicely but there was so many i just decided to print them off, hope you understand. and the straws are extra big to fit in the tapioca pearls i got you =] =] they had rainbow ones or black, black seemed more traditional so i went for that =] =] and not to sure what the canned bubble tea was like but thought your husband would like to try it =] =]

i recieved my package today, managed to pick it up before work so i shall post pics now =] =]

super cute cute bowl, i absolutely love this fabric =] =]

and the whole lot =] =] wow arent americans obsessed with peanut butter, but from what ive tried so far i love it.
wow so many sugar free things as well, i've been on a low carb, low fat, low sugar fat diet, but i have muchly missed my fruit so i have switched to weightwatchers so i can now eat all my snacks and things yayyay
what i got:
chex mix
wonka nerds
skittles - i've had american skittles before they are so different to ours.
m and ms
dove sugar free peanut butter creme
jar of marshmallow creme - like fluff i think?
creamy peanut butter
life savers sugar free - OMG so good!
cracker jacks
sunkist hard candy
sponge bob krabby patty gums =]
peanut butter cookie mix
and lots of other stuff =] =]

ohhh and fruiot tea mixes, no calories etc, cant wait to have =] =]

ps: i have to keep editing this post to add things =p but i apologise if the party rings (best biscuits ever) are a bit crushed, i have a feeling they were when i put them in the box as it is =[

3  Re: One Tiny Book Swap - GALLERY in The Swap Gallery by PearlyWhirly on: October 01, 2010 05:48:37 AM

my lovely book along with a few extras =]
3rd down on the left is the back cover, and 3rd along on bottom is the front cover. many a page with georgous themes =] she even sent me a few extra things to do with my theme including some amazing cat stickers and the best thing is the card in the centre right which says "Warning An Aimlessly Wandering Wolf Baby Will Do Great Damage" which i thought was brilliant - i met my boyfriend for lunch today and took my post to open there, i made such a weird squeek / laugh when i read it, everyone stared at me =p if you look at the bottom centre image i was so eager to get into my package i ripped a few of the extra papers etc =[ but i stopped before i got too far so only two pieces are missing a small corner luckily - i need to work on controling my excitment. Its fantastic includes all my themes and more and i love it =]

4  Paisley Contrast Trousers in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by PearlyWhirly on: September 01, 2010 05:46:29 AM
I've always loved paisley and when i found this fabric i just had to have it no matter if i had something to make with it or not =p
anyway i decided to be good for once and actually use it for something, i've always loved cord trousers as well so i combined the two to make these:
they are very wide legged so i inserted a pink pull string at the hem and put a matchign ribbon through the belt loops, i also covered the buttons in the paisley fabric but didnt get pictures.

I made this cake for my boyfriends 20th birthday,
it consists of 1 9" round cake for the body, and another 9" round cake shaped for the feet, tail and head. he is then coated in a buttercream crumb icing layer and and buttercream scales with fondant for his spikey bits =]
