11  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions / Where can I find this book in the UK? on: September 01, 2008 07:21:48 AM
Hi guys!

I have seen quite a few references to this book both on Craftster and on the web, but I cannot find it anywhere to buy here in England, I really really really want to make the duck and elephant from it. It is driving me nuts trying to find someone who will post to the UK and that doesn't cost the moon to send.
Any ideas???

ISBN4-8347-6348-X cheesai nuigurumi (small stuffies) Petit boutique series (don't know what it is actually called)

I better not put a picture in because it will probably infringe on copyright or something, so here is a link to a picture

12  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Discussion and Questions / Annoying spiral in finished amigurumi! Grrrrrr on: August 28, 2008 05:33:49 AM
Hi!!!

I am new to crocheting. I have taught myself all the basics, and I have made a few amigurumi. Many of the patterns that I have say to put a slip stitch at the end of a round to join them up, however this leaves a distinct spiral in the finished project which winds me up because I like things to be perfect. Angry Is there any way to stop this??? I will try and put some pictures when my boyfriend gets home.

regards Bunnie
