That is some serious work. I'm impressed! We've just started our very first garden. My brother in law is replacing his back deck, so we're hoping to use the old lumber to make some beds for next year.

Does anyone have a great pattern/project that is always a hit for baby showers?

I have a shower coming up for a wife of a cousin that I really don't know that well, and I'd like to make something, but I'm not sure what I should make. I was thinking the tiramisu blanket, but any other ideas are greatly appreciated!

Seriously, I'd wear that in a heartbeat.

I have to make one! What a great way for me to eat up some of my ugly yarn!

Works for me! I understand how hard it is to find well fitting sweaters. I'm not plus sized, but my boobs are.

Right now, I'm crocheting a big ol' ugly afghan, using a bunch of green verigated yarn that looked great at the store, but once I started to use it, it looked like something that should be on the back of a rust colored couch in a house with orange shag carpeting. Very 70's grandparent home decor. But, I'm using up old stuff from my stash.  I've been doing that a lot lately..I used up a ton of free yarn I got to make a very deliciously ugly zig zag afghan that's my new favorite.
