VERY cool!!  I love the ocarina!
2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Spring Fever! on: April 08, 2009 04:12:42 AM
Great job!  I love amigurumi, and these are adorable.  They kind of remind me of the flowers from one of my daughter's favorite video games, "Yoshi's Island"
3  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Dumpster Dive Table to Xmen Awesomeness! on: August 14, 2008 07:08:26 AM
Great job!  That's definitely a conversation piece!

I actually made something very, very similar recently, but with an old school desk and my daughter's old Simpsons and Futurama comics.  The colors in those comics don't seem to be nearly as bright/saturated as the ones you used, so yours really "pops".
4  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Metal Gear Ray Sketch on: August 14, 2008 07:00:43 AM
Oooh. . . Great job!  Lots of detail, very cool.
5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Dragonflies and other creepy crawlies wind chime! (a few images!) on: July 09, 2008 04:58:45 AM
Very cute!  I especially like the snail and the colors you chose for the spider.
6  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Shyguy plush on: July 07, 2008 07:55:01 PM
That's so cute!  I love it.

I crocheted a little Shyguy for my daughter a few months ago.  I was really pleased with how it came out, but yours is even better.
7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: "card stock" Mosaic on ceramic vases on: July 07, 2008 07:52:22 PM
That really is amazing!  How long does re-creating a photo usually take you?

My mind is officially blown.

That's adorable!  Is it crocheted?  The yarn you chose is great.
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: a very ornery bubble on: July 05, 2008 06:19:22 AM
Very well done!  The back is especially gorgeous.  Love it.
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: My kid is cooler than your kid. Sing it! on: July 03, 2008 10:47:35 PM
Love it, love it, love it!  And I definitely agree, it's tough to find cool, interesting clothes for kids.  We just have to keep using our imaginations/creativity!

love it, and rock that viking!! im the same way, my lil girl is named Sylvia Danger, so instead of all these fru-fru pink girlie dresses, i like to give her some style...great for my sharpie addiction!! Grin Grin

My daughter's name is Sylvia, also!  I'm always excited to hear about other little girls with that name - she's never met another Sylvia under the age of 60 or so.  Cheesy
