1  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Photography? I guess so! on: August 12, 2008 08:42:42 PM
I'm guessing I post this here Smiley
I recently bought a Canon Rebel XT after years of obsessing over the thought of working with a digital SLR...
As you can tell, I'm pretty into black and white

That's it for now. Let me know what you think! I'll post more if it's a positive response Smiley
2  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Puppies on: August 12, 2008 08:32:55 PM
These are two week old cocker spaniels. Beautiful little puppies. I'm hoping this counts as macro. Taken with a Canon Rebel XT ... Enjoy Smiley

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / JAGERMEISTER. on: August 12, 2008 08:26:20 PM
Took a regular mens large Jagermeister tshirt and turned it into a womens large tube top :)I love this shirt.
Cut it up the sides, removing the sleeves, also adding a more womanly shape for hips and boobies, sewed it back up (by hand, rrr) and took the excess material and used it to create a band for the top perimeter. I have quite a few tshirt to tube top recons. They're just so comfy.

Before (kind of! you get the idea):

AFTER! Smiley :

(Yeah, I was at work... I don't work anymore, though)
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / FIRST POST! Gross golf polo to cute cuteness. on: August 12, 2008 08:03:29 PM
First post, definitely not my first recon. I do all of my stuff by hand due to lack of sewing machine.
I made this shirt thing out of an old golf polo that I picked up at Frenchy's. I'm pretty impressed by the end result. I made it while watching Metal: A Headbanger's Journey, and it took me the length of the film so, 1hr30mins, approximately? If I had a sewing machine, it would have been ten minutes! haha, oh well.  Grin

*Excuse the bra straps!!*
