I think its a great idea.  One of my cats would need a bigger door tho Tongue

What I did in my one bedroom apartment was take a big storage bin.  Its probably 2.5 feet tall and 3 feet wide with a lid.  i cut a hole out of the side of it.  I pour the litter right into the container which avoids having a small train and spill over that needs cleaning.  I can put the lid on it during the day and take it off to clean.  I have an air purifier sitting at the top to draw the dust out when scooping. 

My only caveat in this is that my cats are now used to peeing on the side of the container  Undecided  so if I put an extra box out if I go away, they pee over the side if they use it.

Otherwise the container is great.  It can be disguised with a tablecloth if needed.

OMGZ  best quilt ever.  Love the colours.  I've seen a lot of the video game quilts.  This one is really cute apart from the mario reference!
