My first thought when I read that it was completely hand sewn was..."Are you out of your mind?"  Shocked But then I remembered that quilts used to be made entirely by hand--read Little house books?  And I sort beads by the hundreds...so what's the dif? Roll Eyes

Really cool idea! Cheesy

Now for the third try..the other ones keep getting lost somehow.  I am STILL trying to post the things livininphilly sent me.

Here is the beautiful necklace and earrings she made.

Here is the darling scarf she made.  I Love wearing crazy stuff to school.  My students love it!! (I teach K-6th music)

And here is the whole growth chart.  After I took the pics my hubby showed me the little felt ducks livininphilly had made to attach to the chart show his progress.  Big brothers will have to use it too, just for fun!

Now I am trying to post pics of stuff livininphilly sent me along with some pics of my new grandson
This first one is the top of the growth chart she made...it has little picture frames.

This is of the big brothers seeing their baby brother for the first time.  I had the amazing privilege of holding him when they saw him.  Left to right...Mema (me)...Frederick, Kyle and Paul.

Funny story..my daughter bought a doll for them to get used to the size of the baby--the doll is 2x bigger than him right now.  But they practiced holding it.  And they made faces at it. (Mommy was VERY TIRED during the last months of her pregnancy.) Just after Kyle saw the new baby and said WOW! he made a big face at the baby.   Tongue  I just about howled it was so cute! Grin

Here is Frederick Charles...named after 2 grandpas who are in heaven. We'll be calling him Rick, but it is so cute to hear the boys call him Frederick in their little voices. I am totally in love with my little boys.

Thanks for letting me share!!!!
