this is one of the greatest art projects i've stumbled across on crafster. amazing. have you thought of making it in a more permanent medium, like wood or metal? it would be amazing installed outdoors like you have it.

just a thought. but i think its brilliant.

the best way is to play around with an oxidizing agent. you can pick it up at jewlery supply stores, and maybe crafting stores. Then if its a coated surface gently rub with steel wool, and sip in oxidizer until desired effect is reached, and rinse or pat dry. Voila!
