the fabric was a remnant from halloween, I will post a tutorial when I make another one.  I put this skirt on e bay...but sadly (or maybe good for me so I can keep it) no bids Cry

That would be sooo cool! All the stuff I find elsewhere online at this point is very ashkenaz in a dorky kind of way.  There is a real need for your idea--For the tons of crafty bachoorot like us!

I am dying to make a chanukiah too! I was thinking maybe sculpy, but could that catch on fire? All we have is this $2.99 "Saf-T-Menorah" from shoprite--also not very "grown up"!
