Totally inspired! thank you.  I wonder if I have the stamina to do it tho'??  I've started a hexie quilt and 20 - 7 hexie "flowers" in I've already hit a wall!  Note to self - finish what you start!

Your blanket is so gorgeous - how do you join your blocks?

I just whipstitched them together, it was by far the most boring part for me! Took 2 days none stop pretty much .

Extremely lovely!  You are truly a talent.  Did you start and complete this in the same year?  You mentioned June and July, would that be in the same year?  I can see you making some duvet covers and stuff like that in the same technique to complement your creations!

yup, june 9th to july 21st this year Smiley Its amazing how fast I work when Im making something for myself lol.

You made that in just 6 weeks!  Shocked  It's beautiful.  I especially like the pink heart that looks 3D.

Thats my favourite too <3 (It is 3D, theres an orange one in there too somewhere lol)

AMAZING!!!!! I can't believe you did it in such a short amount of time!!! I love it so much.... makes me want to pick up my crochet hook right now!!!

Did you have a book for all the different block patterns?

Again, super job!! I can't stop looking at the pics!!

I used these 3 patterns (which I adapted to make them 5" squares)

The rest I made up as I went along Smiley

How did you make the design on the hats? Did you single crochet them, or make chains and sew them on? Lemme know, because I'm interested in doing something similar. Smiley Thanks!

The eyes were made separatly and sewn on, the mouth is chain stitch sewn on (having a polystyrene head and a ton of pins helps this bit Smiley )

Ok, I admit...I have a problem! I obessivley collect scrap yarn, I just cant throw it away! and I never seem to be able to fin the time to use any of it up :/
I started this scrapghan on the 9th June and finished on the 21st July, working on it on and off inbetween other programs. I LOVE it!
Its much bigger than I first envisioned, I thought it would just be a lapghan by the time I was finished, but it actually fits quite well on my king size bed Cheesy yay!

Hope you likey
