1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Lotta Jansdotter Drawstring Backpack on: November 17, 2008 11:13:21 AM
I was just wondering if any of you guys have made this bag?  I find the directions easy to follow and made the bag with no problem but I then began to realize that all the edges are going to be raw in side of the bag.Now maybe I am being totally stupid here and missed in the directions where is says to finish the edges. When I realized this I was like well I'll just hem all the edges in but this makes it too think in areas. Do you guys have any advice? Thanks a lot

Here is a link to a video that shows you how to get the beehive look without all the backcombing that damages your hair. It was fairly easy to accomplish I used it for Halloween when I was Marie Antoinette. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVoxsRmZrC8

This is really cute. The fabric and the colors go very well with the design of the patio set. Altogether it creates a very whimsical ensemble. Great job !

Another thing that i found that works is a piece of dental floss. All you do is cut a piece and then wind the two ends around your index fingers until the middle part is tight and then you can run it down your nose or your chin . Its best to do it after a shower or after you have steamed your face but it does cause some redness for a few minutes so you'll want to try it some time before you go out.

This is great ! I love retro fridges they have so much more character than todays box like fridges.

For all of you guys who love the retro look you should check out this website http://bigchillfridge.com/site/
They sell modern fridges inspired by the old look but they are more energy efficient
