Looks great! Have you tried freezer paper as a stencil I have used it before to make appliques. you just iron the waxy side onto the fabric and when your done just peel it off no sticky stuff left on your fabric.

These are really cute! What a neat idea! I can also picture some pretty glass beads in each of the open circles of each wing to add some color.

adorable.  i like the look of fondant but hate the taste so i love that its buttercream too (looks so smooth! Shocked)

The trick  to smooth buttercreme is dipping your spatula in water, lets the spatula glide over it instead of dragging it.

5  COOKING / Dessert / Onesie Cake for a friend on: September 12, 2011 04:38:56 AM
My friend is having a boy and I was asked to make her cake. I had never done a "onesie" before so I had to buy a pkg of them for inspiration. It is all done in buttercreme frosting.
I think it turned out pretty cute.

These so Rock! I don't wear heels either but would consider these! You need to find you a pair of not so heely knee hi boots and do this to them! Cool

I love this! I was wondering if you could use a magnetic closure like they use in purses I'm sure you couldget small ones. Or would the magnet part interfere with the blackberry?
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Mens Shirt to Pretty Pintucks on: November 18, 2010 02:41:40 AM
I love this idea and may have to try this. I have a very long torso, womens blouses are always too short for me and expose my tummy  Embarrassed when I lift my arms. I like mens shirts cause they are generally longer but they aren't very flattering on. The idea of pintucks makes this much prettier. Thanks for the idea. (hee hee heading to Good will to see if I can find a cool man shirt to pintuck!}
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Prom Dresses. on: June 28, 2010 04:35:40 AM
I like both dresses you did an excellent job on both you should be proud. They both would also have looked cute with some tulle under the skirts and helped with the length of yours and hid your nether regions when you danced LOL. Great job on both!
