3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Another flying disc bag (for the broom, this time) ! on: June 30, 2009 04:19:14 AM
Here's the second part of the wedding gift. I made a first one kitsch & orange for the bride, but i confess i prefer this one..
it's made of vinyl faux leather and looks much sturdier than the 2 previous.
There's also a silver hook and a double inner pocket (with a hidden pocket at the bottom) and some matching purses...
Wooow! i think i'll make one for me aswell, and it's the beginning of a whole flying disc collection...
As "usual", with only one move, you can take the frisbee out and let it fly....

what do you think ?
4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Kitsch Orange Flying Disc (Frisbee) Bag ! on: June 29, 2009 06:50:28 AM
One of my friend is getting married soon, and she looooooves flying disc and freestyle frisbee

So i made this bag for her, and i'm going to make one for her husband also (black and red, i think)
With one gesture, the frisbee's out, thanks to the elastic stuff outside.
I also made some matching lined purses, and there's an extra secret pocket inside the inner pocket (for her personnal stuff) + a tiny polka dotted pocket for extra small stuff (a ring, a button...)
I tried to silkscreen a kazoo on one of the purses, but it's a bit of a failure (but she loves kazoos , so i guess she won't mind)

here is it ! long live freestyle frisbee !
Comments & criticism welcome !

5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / African pattern + extremely plunging back/neckline ! on: March 01, 2009 09:47:41 AM
One pattern only, but infinite variations of it !!
after the summer linen dress + Blair Marc Jacobs-like dress, here is the extreme heat summer dress.

i'm soooo looking forward to summer ! Cheesy

The dress is modeled by a male-shaped mannequin, so it's not as sexy as it's supposed to be !
+ i just noticed a big mistake on the front of the dress (it's not symmetric) : ooops !
As usual, it's only a prototype..  next one will be made of bright blue silk...
 comments & criticisms welcome !
cheers ...
